The seller was fine and the delivery as well. The TV points towards the floor when assembled when the stand is reversed it points towards the roof. Short cables, no manual inputs and the user interface is clumsily thrown together, the picture is fine for gaming but you will need to place items under the stand to make the screen face you while you're using it. Very bad design with little to no thought put into it and I would recommend not buying this model to anyone looking at it..
